Spezifität: Reacts with the trimethyl cap (3mG) of U small nuclear RNAs in a variety of species ranging between human and Xenopus laevis. It precipitates (U)snRNP complexes containing trimethyl capped U snRNA. Recognizes most species including human and Xenopus laevis.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in Immunofluorescence microscopy (1:5 ? 1:10), Immunoblotting (1:5 ? 1:10) and Immunoprecipitation. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
