Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Neutralizing and binding (ELISA) antibody. This antibody only works in a capture ELISA assay. It does not recognize plastic-bound IFN-gamma, but works very well in capture ELISA when used as the first, plastic bound antibody (and then developed with polyclonal antibody). Titer in capture ELISA, using 100ng/well immobilized MAb, 100 pg of IFN-gamma will give a reading of 0.15 O.D. Neutralization titers vary with the virus assay used. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Lagerung: Store lyophilized product (up to 2 years) at -20°C. After reconstitution, if not used within a month, aliquot and store at -20°C.Reconstitute with 0.2ml water. Mix gently, wash the sides of the vial and wait 30-60 seconds before use.
