Suitable for use in ELISA, Western blot and Immunoprecipitation. ELISA: use at 0.1ug/ml Immunoblotting: 1ug/ml for AP/BCIP/NBT (MTT) detection, 0.1ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection. Immunoprecipitation: use at 1?10ug Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
