Applikationshinweise
|
Produces a speckled staining pattern in the nucleus of normal and malignant cells and may be used to stain nuclear histones. We highly recommend fixing cells with 2.0% paraformaldehyde. Tonsil is the recommended positive control tissue. We suggest using this product without dilution. Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
