Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunoblotting: 1ug/ml for HRP/ECL detection. Recommended blocking buffer CPPT: 0.5% (w/v) casein, 1% (w/v) PEG 4000, 1% (w/v) Polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP), 0.1% Tween 20, 10mM Tris/HCl, pH 7.4, 150mM Sodium Chloride. Detection of endogenous EGFR Whole cell lysates of serum starved tumor cells (20,000 cells per lane) were applied to SDS-PAGE and transferred to a PVDF membrane. The blot was probed with 0.5?g/ml K67138M for 1 hour at RT and developed by ECL (exp. time: 30 sec).
