Beschreibung: MAb to CD56 Monoclonal Antibody to Human CD56

Spezifität: Reacts with a 180 kDa isoform of CD56 (NCAM) characteristic for leukocytes. CD56 is a single transmembrane glycoprotein (immunoglobulin supergene family), the molecular weights of different isoforms ranging from 135 to 220 kDa. Reacts with Human and non-human primates.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in Flow cytometry Immunoprecipitation and Immunohistochemistry (paraffin sections, dilution 1:50, heat retrieval (microwave oven) in citrate buffer). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.
