Beschreibung: MAb to CD11b Mac-1 Monoclonal Antibody to Human CD11b Mac-1Fluorescein conjugated

Spezifität: Recognizes the alpha subunit of the CD11b/CD18 complex, an alpha/Beta heterodimeric surface glycoprotein on human leukocytes (Mr 165-170kDa)(1,2). The CD11b/CD18 antigen belongs to the beta-2 integrin family. Other names include Mac-1, Cr3, MO-1 and C3bi receptor. The CD11b molecule functions as a receptor for C3bi complement, clotting factor X, fibrinogen and ICAM-1. The CD11b antigen is expressed on approximately 30% of human peripheral blood lymphocytes, most natural killer lymphocytes, circulating monocytes, granulocytes, a subset of T-cells and subsets of macrophages (1,2).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for use in flow cytometry (1.0 x 106 cell). Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded.

Konzentration: 100ug/ml (OD280nm)

Reinigung: IgG fraction covalently conjugated to anti-human CD11b and purified chromatographically to remove unconjugated dye and antibody, to achieve an optimal a fluorochrome/protein (F/P) molar ratio. Fluorescein has a maximum absorbance at 492nm with an emission maximum at 518nm.

Buffer: 0.01M PBS, pH7.2 containing 1% BSA. Preservative: 0.09% Sodium azide
