Immunogen: This affinity purified antibody was prepared from whole rabbit serum produced by repeated immunizations with a synthetic peptide corresponding to an internal region of human toll-like receptor 10 protein.

Beschreibung: Toll-like receptors (TLRs) are signaling molecules that recognize different microbial products during infection and serve as an important link between the innate and adaptive immune responses. These proteins act through adaptor molecules such as MyD88 and TIRAP to activate various kinases and transcription factors. TLR10 is highly homologous to TLRs 1 and 6 and is most highly expressed in lymphoid tissues. Most recently genetic variation in TLR10 has been associated with contributing to asthma risk. It should be noted that TLR10 exists in mice only as a pseudogene.

Spezifität: This IgG fraction antibody is directed against human TLR10 protein. This product is an IgG fraction antibody purified from monospecific antiserum by a multi-step process which includes delipidation, salt fractionation and ion exchange chromatography followed by extensive dialysis against the buffer stated above. This antibody is reactive with TLR10 from human sources. Cross reactivity with TLR10 from other sources has not been determined.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This IgG fraction antibody has been tested for use in ELISA and western blotting. Specific conditions for reactivity should be optimized by the end user. Expect a band at ~75 kDa in size corresponding to TLR10 by western blotting in the appropriate cell lysate or extract.

Buffer: Stabilizer: None. Preservative: 0.02% (w/v) Sodium Azide. Buffer: 0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, 0.15 M Sodium Chloride, pH 7.2.

Lagerung: Store vial at -20o C prior to opening. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20o C or below. Avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. Expiration date is one (1) year from date of opening.
