Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml). Per researchers feedback, it can also be used in neutralization (3-6 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

Buffer: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-human FABP3 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.55 BSA and 0.01% thimerosal.
