Applikationshinweise The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml). Recombinant murine GM- CSF can be used as a positive control. Based on researchers feedback, the antibody also works well in ELISA (2-3 ug/ml) and neutralization (5-10 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Buffer 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-murine GM-CSF polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol and 0.01% thimerosal.
Lagerung Store at -20 o C. For long term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70 o C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles Shelf Life: 12 Months
