Applikationshinweise The antibody can be used in Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml) and immunohistochemistry (20 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.
Buffer 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) peptide affinity purified rabbit anti-Histone H3 polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% sodium azide.
