Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (1-2 ug/ml) and immunohistochemistry (15-30 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

Buffer: 100 ug (0.5 mg/ml) immunoaffinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
