Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The antibody can be used in Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml) and immunoprecipitation (1-4 ug/ml). However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually.

Buffer: 100 ug (0.25 mg/ml) immunoaffinity purified mouse monoclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, 0.02% thimerosal.
