| Applikationshinweise | The antibody can be used for Western blotting (1-4 ug/ml) and immunofluorescence (2-10 ug/ml). An 85 kDa band corresponding to the precursor form of ADAM10 can be detected. Jurkat and K562 cell lysates can be used as positive controls. However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. |
