Immunogen Synthetic peptide surrounding amino acid 128 of human FADD
Format Affinity-purified
Beschreibung 100 ug affinity purified rabbit polyclonal antibody. Detects ~28 kDa FADD. Reacts with human/mouse/rat/monkey. Applications include WB/IP. Synonyms: FADD, Anti-FADD, FADD antibody, Fas-associated death domain containing protein, MORT1, MORT, TNF-R Synonyms: FADD, Anti-FADD, FADD antibody, Fas-associated death domain containing protein, MORT1, MORT, TNF-R
Spezifität Detects ~28 kDa FADD

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise The antibody can be used for Western blot analysis (0.5-4 ug/ml). Based on researcher's feedback, it can also be used in immunoprecipitation. However, the optimal conditions should be determined individually. Blocking peptide is available separately.
Buffer 100 ug (0.2 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-FADD polyclonal antibody in phosphate buffered saline (PBS), pH 7.2, containing 30% glycerol, 0.5% BSA, 0.01% thimerosal.
Lagerung Store at -20 o C. For long-term storage, aliquot and freeze at -70 o C. Avoid repeated freeze/defrost cycles Shelf Life: 12 Months
