Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise The antibody can be used for Western blotting (0.5-4 ug/ml) and immunohistochemistry (10- 20 ug/ml). However, the optimal concentrations should be determined individually.
Buffer 100 ug (0.2 mg/ml) affinity purified rabbit anti-Active Caspase-3 antibody in phosphate- buffered saline (PBS) containing 50% glycerol, 1% BSA, and 0.02% thimerosal.
