Reacts specifically with two members of the 14-3-3 protein family: the acidic human IEF58 (~29kD) and IEF57a (~30kD), which correspond to 14-3-3 beta and zeta, respectively. Recognizes epitopes on the cytoplasmic face of the Golgi membrane. Species cross-reactivity: human, mouse, rat, monkey, rabbit, canine, sheep, porcine and bovine.
