Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen Synthetic peptide corresponding to human cyclin E protein.
Format Liquid (prediluted)
Isotyp IgG1  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon HE12
Spezifität This antibody recognizes a doublet of 50 kD and a single band of 42 kD identified as cyclin E. Cyclin proteins are a family of related proteins, which control the progression of the eukaryotic cell cycle. Overexpression of cyclin E shortens the length of the G1 phase, accelerating progression of S phase. The activity of cyclin E is mediated through its activation of cyclin dependent kinase 2 (cdk2) protein and is modulated by the presence of tumor suppressor proteins such as p16.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise Staining Protocol: We suggest an incubation period of 30 minutes at room temperature. However, depending upon the fixation conditions and the staining system employed, optimal incubation should be determined by the user. Formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissue sections require high temperature antigen unmasking with 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0 prior to immunostaining. Positive Control: Breast carcinoma. Cellular localization: Nuclear
Konzentration 1 to 4 ug/ml
Buffer This antibody has been pretitered and quality controlled to work on formalin-fixed paraffin-embedded as well as acetone fixed cryostat tissue sections. No further titration is required.
Lagerung Store the antibody at 2-8o c. Do not use it beyond the expiration date stated on the label.
Beschränkungen Für Forschungszwecke. Als CE-zertifizierter Antikörper in der Europäischen Union für In Vitro Diagnostik (IVD) zugelassen.
