Beschreibung: CD358 / DR6 (Death Receptor-6) is a type I transmembrane protein of the TNF receptorsuperfamily, expressed in most human tissues and able of inducing apoptosis through itscytoplasmic death domain. Unlike TNFR1 and Fas, DR6 induces apoptosis independently ofFADD adaptor. In immune system, DR6 serves as an important regulator for CD4+ T cellproliferation and Th differentiation, and provides also a regulatory mechanism for B cellactivation and humoral immune responses.

Spezifität: The antibody DR-6-04-EC recognizes human DR6 (Death receptor-6), a type Itransmembrane protein containing cytoplasmic death domain, widely expressed in mosthuman tissues and cell lines.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The reagent is designed for Flow Cytometry analysis. Suggested working dilution is 10 µg/ml. Indicated dilution is recommended starting point for use of this product. Working concentrations should be determined by the investigator.

Konzentration: 0.1 mg/ml

Buffer: The reagent is provided in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 15 mM sodium azideand 0.2% (w/v) high-grade protease free Bovine Serum Albumin (BSA) as a stabilizing agent.

Lagerung: Store in the dark at 2-8 o C. Do not freeze. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. Do not use after expiration date stamped on vial label.Short-term exposure to room temperature should not affect the quality of the reagent.However, if reagent is stored under any conditions other than those specified, the conditions must be verified by the user.
