Beschreibung Vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) is a growth factor active in angiogenesis,vasculogenesis and endothelial cell growth. It induces endothelial cell proliferation,promotes cell migration, inhibits apoptosis, and induces permeabilization of bloodvessels.
Spezifität This antibody recognizes bovine, domestic ruminants and pig VEGF-164 anddetects all human VEGF isoforms (121, 165, 189, and 206). No cross reaction with PDGF, FGF-1, FGF-2, and TGF alpha. Add. Information: LocusID 7124
