Beschreibung
|
Natriuretic peptide receptor A is a receptor for atrial natriuretic peptide, and has guanylatecyclase activity on binding of ANF. There seem to be at least three ANP receptors: two withguanylate cyclase activity(ANP-A and ANP-B) and one (ANP-C) which is probablyresponsible for the clearance of ANP from the circulation without a role in signaltransduction. ANP-A Belongs to the adenylyl cyclase class-4/guanylyl cyclase family andcontains 1 protein kinase-like domain.
