Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: MAbs 1D9 and 2C8 inhibit biological activity of TNF-α. Detection of TNF-α in two-site immunoassay. We recommend using MAb 2C8 for coating and MAb F6C5 for labeling. Detection of TNF-α in immunohistochemistry. MAbs 2C8, 1D9 and F6C5 work in immunohistochemistry. MAb TA20 is working in Western blotting.
