Applikationshinweise

Affinity purification of human plasminogen. Detection of plasminogen in ELISA and immunohistochemistry. All MAbs work in immunohistochemistry on formalin fixed and paraffin embedded sections. Optimal dilution must be determined by experimentation. Recommended pairs for sandwich immunoassay (coating - conjugate): 8F11 – 8E7 and 5H3 – 8E7
