Analysis: No detectable amounts of human myeloperoxidase.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: MAb C10F5 can be used for the detection of recombinant α-A, -F, - D, I1, -P interferon subtypes in two-site immunoassay and in affinity purification of recombinant interferons of α-A, -F, -D. MAbs AE3 and AB5 can be used in ELISA and in Western blotting. The recommended pair for sandwich immunoassay (coating – conjugate): AE3 – AB5 (detection limit 5 pg/ml).
