Beschreibung
|
CrkL (Crk-like), a 36kDa protein predominantly expressed in hematopoietic cell lines, isa member of the Crk adapter protein family. Lacking any intrinsic enzymatic activity,CrkL is composed of one SH2 domain and two SH3 domains (1). The SH2 domain ofCrkL as been shown to interact with c-Cbl, Cas, Hef-1 and Paxillin (2), while theN-terminal SH3 can bind to c-ABL, Sos1 and C3G (3). Additionally, the phosphorylatedform of CrkL (pY207) binds to BCr-ABL oncogene in chronic myelogenous leukemiacells (4).
