Vorsichtsmaßnahmen
WARNING: Reagents contain sodium azide. Sodium azide is very toxic if ingested or inhaled. Avoid contact with skin, eyes, or clothing. Wear eye or face protection when handling. If skin or eye contact occurs, wash with copious amounts of water. If ingested or inhaled, contact a physician immediately. Sodium azide yields toxic hydrazoic acid under acidic conditions. Dilute azide-containing compounds in running water before discarding to avoid accumulation of potentially explosive deposits in lead or copper plumbing.

Proline-rich protein 5-like (PRR5L), also known as Protor-2, is structurally similar to PRR5 and also binds to the mTOR complex 2 (mTORC2).PRR5L is not required for mTORC2 integrity or kinase activity, but dissociates from mTORC2 upon knockdown of tuberous sclerosis complex 1 (TSC1) and TSC2.Knockdown of PRR5L reduced apoptosis in mTORC2 deficient cells as well as cells where mTOR was active, suggesting that mTORC2-dissociated PRR5L may promote apoptosis, and thus play a role in the balance between cell growth and cell death. Synonyms: Proline-rich protein 5-like, Protor-2, PROTOR2
