Beschreibung
|
Cells respond to heat and chemical stress by inducing synthesis of a group of proteins referred to as heat shock proteins. Heat Shock Protein 90 (HSP90) is present in cells at high levels in the cytoplasm and is composed of two separate gene products, HSP90alpha (also known as HSP86) and HSP90beta.

This antibody recognizes a protein of 86 kDa identified as heat shock protein 90alpha. Anti-HSP90alpha weakly cross-reacts with HSP90beta. Species Reactivity: Human, mouse, and rat. Others not tested. Cellular Location: Cytoplasmic and nuclear.Positive Control: MAD109 cells or breast carcinoma.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunofluorescence Western blot: Use at 5-10 µg/mL for 2 hrs. at RT. Immunohistochemistry: (formalin/paraffin) Use at 5-10 µg/mL for 30 min. at RT. Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires boiling tissue sections in 10 mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 minutes followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Immunoprecipitation: Native verified. Use at 10 µg/mg protein lysate. Use Protein A. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
