|
Western blotting The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher. Method: Cell extracts from HEK 293T cells (5x103) transfected with mouse and human Bcl-10-expression plasmid were resolved by SDS-PAGE under reducing conditions, transferred to nitrocellulose and incubated with Carmen-1 at 1 µg/ml. Proteins were visualized using a peroxidase-conjugated antibody to rat IgM and a chemiluminescence detection system.
