Spezifität: Multidrug Resistance Protein 4 (MRP4, ABCC4) transports cyclic nucleotides and anti-retroviral compounds. Anti-MRP4 clone M4I-80 reacts with human MRP4 as well as with the mouse orthologue of the transporter molecule (Mrp4).

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Immunocytochemistry: For acetone-fixed cytospin preparations use at a 1:20-1:50 dilution. Immunohistochemistry: For acetone-fixed frozen sections use M4I-80 at a 1:20 dilution followed by incubation with biotin-labeled rabbit anti-rat IgG and HRP-labeled streptavidin. Western blot: Use at a 1:20-1:50 dilution followed by HRP-labeled anti-rat IgG. Flow cytometry: Optimal conditions still to be determined. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.

Buffer: 1 mL (>200 tests) monoclonal antibody containing ~200 µg IgG/mL in serum-free culture supernatant with protein stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C for short term. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
