Beschreibung: Human MRP2/cMOAT (ABCC2) is a 190-200 kDa transmembrane protein known as the canalicular multi-organic anion transporter. It is absent in humans with the Dubin-Johnson syndrome, an autosomal recessive liver disorder characterized by chronic conjugated hyperbilirubinemia. MRP2/cMOAT is closely related to the multidrug resistance-related protein MRP, and MRP2/cMOAT is overexpressed in a subset of cisplatin-resistant cell lines.

Spezifität: Reacts with an internal epitope of human MRP2/cMOAT. Does not cross-react with human MDR1, MRP1, MRP3 and MRP5 gene products. Species Reactivity: Human. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Western blotting: Use at a 1:20-50 dilution and anti-mouse HRP. Immunohistochemistry: Use at a 1:20 dilution on acetone fixed frozen sections can be followed by incubation with rabbit anti-mouse IgG and a monoclonal mouse APAAP complex. Immunocytochemistry: Use at a 1:20-50 dilution on acetone fixed cytospin preparations. Flow cytometry: Optimal conditions still to be defined. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.

Buffer: 1 mL or 0.5 mL containing ~250 µg IgG/mL in serum-free culture supernatant with protein stabilizer and 0.1% sodium azide. Filtered through a 0.22 micron filter. Culture medium: RPMI-1640, supplemented with Nutridoma-SR. The medium does not contain serum

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C for short term. Aliquot and store at -20 °C for long term. Avoid repeated freeze/thaw cycles.
