Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: ELISA: Direct and indirect, use at a 1:5,000-10,000 dilution. Western blot: Use at a 1:5,000-10,000 dilution with an ECL system. Suggested blocking and dilution buffer is TBST containing 0.05% Tween 20 and 5% skim milk. Suggested incubation time is 1 hour at room temperature. Immunohistochemistry: Paraffin sections. Use at a 1:500 dilution in TBST for 30 minutes at room temperature. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher. Western blot analysis of human plasma adiponectin with HADI 773 mAb at a 1:5,000 dilution.

Buffer: 50 µg of antibody at 1 mg/mL in PBS, pH 7.4. Contains no preservatives.

Lagerung: Store at 4 °C short term and at -20 °C long term. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
