Produktbeschreibung

Immunogen Recombinant mouse perforin fragment encompassing 172 amino acid residues (His189-Cys360) which contains the membrane binding domain and part of the EGF-type cysteine-rich domain.Mouse myeloma (P3U/I) x immunized SD rat spleen cells.
Format Ascites
Isotyp IgG2a  (Passende Sekundärantikörper)
Klon KM585 (P1-8)
Spezifität Reacts with the common epitope of perforin existing in NK cells and CTL cells. Recognizes mouse perforin, cross-reacts with human perforin. Species Reactivity: Mouse and human. Others not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise ELISA. Western blot. Immunohistochemistry: Frozen tissue sections and cytospins. Use at a 1:50-1:200 dilution. It is recommended that treatment with H2O2 in water be substituted for H2O2 in methanol. Flow cytometry: Successful application of clone KM585 (P1-8) to flow cytometry has been reported by some users. The optimal dilution for a specific application should be determined by the researcher.
Buffer 100 µL of monoclonal antibody in ascites fluid containing 0.1% sodium azide.
Lagerung Store at 4 °C short term. For long term, store at -20 °C. Aliquot to avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
Beschränkungen Nur für Forschungszwecke einsetzbar
