Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:32,000. Western Blot: Approx 22kDa band observed in lysates of Human T cell line MOLT4 (calculated MW of 21.4kDa according to NP_002863.1). Recommended concentration: 1-3µg/ml. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil, stains most cells in the mantle zone and interfollicular area. In the germinal centres the majority of cells are negative. Recommended concentration 0.3ug/ml

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.

Buffer: 0.5 mg/ml in Tris saline, 0.02% sodium azide, pH7.3 with 0.5% bovine serum albumin.

Lagerung: Aliquot and store at -20°C. Minimize freezing and thawing.
