Applikationshinweise: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:16,000. Immunohistochemistry: In paraffin embedded Human Tonsil, stains nuclei of some cells in the interfollicular area. Recommended concentration, 0.3-1 µg/ml.

Reinigung: Purified from goat serum by ammonium sulphate precipitation followed by antigen affinity chromatography using the immunizing peptide.
