Usage: Peptide ELISA: antibody detection limit dilution 1:128000. Western blot: Approx 150kD band observed in Mouse Brain lysates and not in the same lysates from the KO mice (calculated MW of 113kD according to NP_001103219.1). Recommended concentration: 0.5-1.5 μg/mL.
