Flow Cytometry: 1:2000, Use 10ul of the suggested working dilution to label 10e6 cells in 100ul. Cytotxic Assays: 1:2,000 - 1:20,000. Functional Assays: 1:200. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
