The functional significance of this antigen is currently unknown.

Spezifität
|
This antibody is pan reactive with T lymphocytes (>95%) in lymph nodes, and does not react with B lymphocytes. It reacts with approximately 70% of thymocytes by FACS analysis and immunohistochemically the medullary thymocytes strongly express this antigen.

Flow Cytometry. Immunohistochemistry on frozen sections. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
