WC14 is expressed on monocytes and granulocytes, and a subset of activated T cells. CloneBT3/8. 12 is reported to immunoprecipitate two polypeptide chains of 150kDa and 158kDafrom activated T cells, under reducing conditions.

This antibody recognises the bovine WC14 cell surface antigen. Species: Bovine. Others not tested.

Applikationshinweise
|
Immunoprecipitation. Flow Cytometry: 1/50 - 1/100, Use 10l of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6cells in 100 l. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.
