Spezifität: This antibody recognises the WC14 cell surface antigen, which is expressed on monocytesand granulocytes, and a subset of activated T cells. Species: Bovine. Others not tested. Add. Information: Clone BT3/8. 12 is reported to immunoprecipitate two polypeptide chains of 150kDa and158kDa from activated T cells, under reducing conditions (ref. 1)

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: Flow cytometry (Neat - 1/5): use 10 l of the suggested working dilution to label 1x10e6cells in 100 l. Other applications not tested. Optimal dilutions are dependent on conditions and should be determined by the user.

Lagerung: Store the antibody undiluted at 2-8°C for one month or (in aliquots) at -20°C for longer. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing. This product is photosensitive and should be protected from light. Shelf life: one year from despatch.
