Beschreibung: Parkinson's Disease (PD) is a relatively common neurodegenerative disorder, which is characterized by the loss of midbrain dopamine (DA) neurons and the presence of Lewy bodies, proteinaceous cytoplasmic inclusions that are abundantly enriched in ubiquitin. It is identified a number of potential substrates for parkin, which may be involved in the pathogenesis of PD. One of parkin's potential substrates is CDCrel-1. Mutations in parkin impair its ability to regulate the turnover of CDCrel-1. CDCrel-1 belongs to a family of septin GTPases and may regulate synaptic vesicle release in the nervous system.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues after microwave pretreatment (10 min, 1-0mM Citrate Buffer, pH 6.0) by several Immunohistochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) method. The optimal dilution is about 2 ug/ml, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories.:This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of about 1 ug/ml.:This antibody can be used for immunoprecipitation in concentration of about 3 g/ml.

Buffer: Lyophilized product from 1% BSA in PBS containing 0.05% NaN3 . Reconstitution: 1.0 ml distilled water will be added to the product, then its concentration comes to 100 ug/ml
