Beschreibung: The pre-synaptic protein, ¿-synuclein, has been associated with the pathogenesis of several neurodegenerative diseases. These include prevalent conditions such as Parkinson's disease (PD), dementia with Lewy bodies (DLB), and the Lewy body variant of Alzheimer's disease (LBVAD), as well as rarer conditions including multiple systems atrophy (MSA), and neurodegeneration with brain iron accumulation type-1 (NBIA-1). Tha antibody may be useful for these research.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues after microwave treatment by several Immunohistochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) Method. The optimal dilution is about 2 ug/ml, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories. This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of 0.5·` 2 ug /ml.
