Beschreibung: In signal transduction system, IB acts as inhibitor to forms complex with NF-B in cytoplasm and subsequently to inactivate NF-B. NF-B is transcription factor distributed in various cells. NF-B is considered to control various gene expression by degradation of IB and subsequent translocation of degradation products to nuclear in accordance with various stimulation.

Spezifität: Confirmed by Human IB- The sequence of synthetic peptide used for antigen has homology of 100% to that of mouse. However, sample of mouse by this antibody is not tested.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of 1~2 ug/ml.
