Beschreibung: Mouse KC (Keratinocyto-derived Cytokine) is a counterpart of Human GRO protein. It is reported that KC is produced in such as activated monocyte and fibroblast.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded by several Immunohistochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) method. The optimal dilution is about 5 ug/ml, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories.:This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of about 1~5 g/ml.
