Beschreibung: Mouse KC (Keratinocyto-derived Cytokine) is a counterpart of human GRO protein. It is reported that KC is produced in such as activated monocyte and fibroblast.

Spezifität: Mouse KC, 100% Human IL-8, <0.1% Human GRO, <0.1% Rat GRO/CINC-1, 100% No crossreactivities to Rat GRO/CINC-2, Rat GRO/CINC-2, Rat GRO/CINC-3 and Mouse MIP-2

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues by several Immunohistochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) method. The optimal dilution is 1-0~20 ug/ml, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories.:This antibody can be used for western blotting in concentration of about 1-0~20 ug/ml.
