Beschreibung: Neurofilament is intermediate filament which expressed in nerve cells. And the protein consists of three subunits, 200 kDa, 160 kDa and 6.8 kDa. These subunits exists in phosphorylated form in axonal transport. This antibody reacts with the 200 kDa and 160 kDa subunits, and further the antibody is useful for research of neurodegenerative disease.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody can be stained in formalin fixed paraffin embedded tissues by several Immunohistochemical techniques such as Avidin Biotin Complex (ABC) method. The optimal dilution is about X200, however, the dilution rate should be optimized by each laboratories.
