Beschreibung: R-PE Swine anti-Goat IgG (H+L), human/mouse adsorbed. PREPARATION: Antibodies were affinity purified by column chromatography and adsorbed to remove cross reactivity to human and mouse immunoglobulins. The resulting antibody was conjugated with R-PE to provide the optimal fluorochrome to protein ratio for flow cytometry, cell and tissue staining use. Any free dye is removed by column chromatography.

Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: This antibody is tested by flow cytometry using peripheral blood leukocytes. Because results may vary, it is suggested that each investigator determine the optimal amount of antibody to be used for each application.

Buffer: This reagent contains 0.1% sodium azide. A highly purified grade of BSA has been added as a stabilizing protein to bring the final protein concentration to 4-5 mg/ml after conjugation.

Lagerung: Stable at 4°C. DO NOT FREEZE. Avoid prolonged exposure to light. If the reagent is being diluted, it is recommended that only the quantity to be used within one week be diluted. Check label for expiry date.
