Anti-mouse B-71 is produced from sera of rabbits pre- immunized with highly pure ( 98%) recombinant mouse B-71 (mB- 71). This antibody was purified by affinity chromatography and then biotinylated.

Lagerung
|
The biotinylated antibody should be reconstituted to a concentration of 50 µg/mL, with sterile PBS solution containing 0.1% BSA. This solution can be stored at 4 °C for at least one month without detect- able loss of activity. Frozen aliquots are stable for at least 6 months when kept at -20 °C. Avoid more than one freeze-thaw cycle.
