Beschreibung: This antibody reacts with mouse T-cell receptor (TCR) V 2 chains , and recog- nizes the majority of the TCR V 2 subfamily in mice carrying the a, b and c haplotypes 1,2 . It also reacts with the products of T cell receptor, V 8 due to the high degree of homology This antibody is suitable for use in flow cytometry. This clone has also been reported to work in immunoprecipitation. 1,2 PRESENTATION 200 µg purified Ig buffered in PBS and 0.1% sodium azide (NaN ).
