Beschreibung: Antiviral/antiparasitic activities, inhibits proliferation, enhances MHC class I and II expression on APC CD8 and CD4 T cells, NK cells Interferon-gamma is a potent multifunctional cytokine which is secreted primarily by activated NK cells and T cells. Originally characterized based on anti-viral activities, IFN-gamma also exerts anti-proliferative, immunoregulatory, and proinflammatory activities. IFN-gamma can upregulate MHC class I and II antigen expression by antigen-presenting cells. The poly5109 antibody reacts with rat interferon-gamma (IFN-gamma). Anwendungen

Applikationshinweise: The biotinylated poly5019 antibody is useful as the detection antibody in a sandwich ELISA and ELISPOT, when used in conjunction with the purified capture antibody (cat. #ABIN160542 orABIN160548)). Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by ELISA analysis. For ELISA detection, the suggested use of this reagent is 1:1000 dilution. For use as an ELISPOT detection antibody, the range of 1:250-1:500 dilution is recommended. To obtain a linear standard curve, serial dilutions of IFN-gamma recombinant protein ranging from 1000 to 8 pg/ml are recommended for each ELISA plate. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application.

Reinigung: The antibody was purified by affinity chromatography, and conjugated with Biotin under optimal conditions. The solution is free of unconjugated Biotin.

Buffer: Phosphate-buffered solution, pH 7.2, containing 0.09% sodium azide.

Lagerung: The antibody solution should be stored undiluted at 4°C.
