Beschreibung
This monoclonal antibody was raised by immunization with C57BL/10 mouse splenocytes. It specifically reacts with IgM of Igh-C and the related haplotypes (d and n), but not with the free u heavy chain of IgM. Some cross-reaction with IgM of Igh-C can be detected with this antibody. Synonyms: Igh-6b

Applikationshinweise
Additional reported applications (for the relevant formats) include: ELISA as capture antibody or detection antibody, depletion of lymphocytes. Each lot of this antibody is quality control tested by immunofluorescent staining with flow cytometric analysis. For immunofluorescent staining, the suggested use of this reagent is < 0.5 µg per 10 cells in 100 µl volume. It is recommended that the reagent be titrated for optimal performance for each application. Product Information
